STANDARD PRIVATE EVENT:
*$250 per hour + tax (3-hr minimum)
*$85+Tax each additional hour.
*Up to 90 guests.
"Our Standard Private Event package is a 3-hour rental for $750. There is a flat $150 cleaning fee and a fully refundable $300 security deposit. The total to book is $1,200, with $300 returned to you within 7 days after the event, pending no damages."
